About Bridgeworks
The idea for The Bridgeworks Group grew out of years spent working in and alongside independent schools and the leaders who serve them. Again and again, I saw talented, committed people carrying enormous responsibility, often without the time, capacity, or the specialized expertise the work required.
I also saw how often the answers weren’t found in one place. The right idea might come from another school, a conversation with a colleague, a different way of looking at the data, or simply bringing the right people together around the same question.
A bridge has no value by itself. It’s purpose is to make something possible that wasn’t possible before. I believe everything is connected and that there is real value in helping schools make those connections: between people and ideas, challenges and opportunities, strategy and action. That thinking ultimately inspired the name. Bridgeworks is about making the connections that help schools move forward.
It also shaped how Bridgeworks partners with schools. Not by handing them a report or a list of recommendations and walking away, but by serving as strategic partners who could step in where needed, stay engaged, and work alongside leadership teams as ideas become action.
That’s why I founded The Bridgeworks Group.

Over the course of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to serve independent schools from many different perspectives: as an admissions and enrollment leader, marketing strategist, technology partner, association executive, speaker, and strategic advisor. Along the way, I’ve worked with schools of different sizes, missions, and markets and learned to see them from multiple vantage points, from enrollment and marketing to leadership, strategy, operations, technology, and organizational change.
Underlying all of it is a deep belief in the transformative power of education. The right school, the right teacher, or the right opportunity can change the trajectory of a young person’s life. Helping schools become stronger, more sustainable institutions means helping create more of those opportunities, and that continues to make this work deeply meaningful to me.
I’m curious by nature, and I like a good challenge. I’m usually the person asking one more question, looking for the connection others may have missed, or wondering whether there might be a different way to approach a problem. It’s one of the things I love most about this work. No two schools are exactly alike, and the most interesting challenges rarely have one obvious answer.
And the curiosity doesn’t stop when the workday does. I’m an avid reader and an enthusiastic DIYer, happiest when I have something new to learn, figure out, fix, refinish, or make better.
